A continuously rising trend of HIV infection among MSM was observed since 2004, which then persistently predominated a high proportion of new infections. The Red Ribbon Centre launched the Gay Men HIV Information website www.21171069.com in October 2006. The website has its domain name changed to www.21171069.gov.hk in September 2019. With this website, we aim to deliver up-to-date HIV prevention messages, promote safer sex and HIV testing among the gay community to enhance their health and well-being.
