Both Hospital Authority and community based-organisations provide services including timely counselling, substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation. Followings are services for psychotropic substance abusers:-

1. The Substance Abuse Clinics run by Hospital Authority provide drug treatment, counselling and in some cases, psychotherapy.
2. Counselling Programme run by community based-organisations e.g. Hong Kong Christian Service PS33, Project HERO - MSM Support Service & Tung Wah Group of Hospitals CROSS Centre.
